Firstly take a pan. Add ghee. Add cumin seeds to crackle.

Add chopped onion, sauté it for a while, Then add chopped tomatoes.

Now sauté it for a while, add ginger paste and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. It should not be over cooked, otherwise it becomes difficult to stuff parantha.

Now add paneer and soya keema. Soya keema can be soaked in hot water for some time and then drain off water and make it completely dry before stuffing.

Finally add coriander leaves. Now take a dough. Make a roll. Make a flattened chappati but thickened one, apply ghee in centre, now add this prepared paneer soya stuffing. Again roll it and make a parantha.

Serve hot with curd and white butter.
