Steps

Take a pan. Add 2 tsp ghee. Add chopped onions. Sauté it till golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chilli and sauté it for sometime. Now add grated paneer. After stirring it for a while add dry spices.

Now add milk slowly. Allow it to boil and slowly it gets absorbed leaving a soft and healthy texture to Bhurjee.

Beautiful aroma will be spreader.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with chappati or paranthas.
