  2. 16 cupchicken broth
  3. 40 ozcanned chicken (3 cans)
  4. 2 canwhole kernal corn
  5. 2 tbspdiced jalapeno peppers
  6. 2 tsptomato paste
  7. 4 tbsphot taco sauce
  8. 2 tbsptaco seasoning
  9. 1/2 tspcumin
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander
  11. 1ground red pepper to taste
  12. toppings
  13. 1scoops tortilla chips
  14. 1Mexican shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

1 hour
  1. 1

    Place all soup ingredients into a pot and thoroughly heat for about 45 mins

    Serve and add cheese and scoops to each bowl
