Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1/4 cupcooked ground meat (recipe on my profile)
  3. 2 slicecooked ham, cut in squares
  4. 6 slicebacon, cut in 1/4 pieces
  5. 1/2 cupluncheon meat (spam), diced
  6. 1hot dog, cut in slices
  7. 4 slicepepperoni, cut in squares
  8. 1 pinchpreferred cheese
  9. 1salt and pepper

  1. 1

    In a pan, add bacon at medium heat

  2. 2

    When cooked, add all the other meats and cook for about 3-4 minutes in medium heat

  3. 3

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Spread evenly the meats and slowly pour the eggs in the pan.

    Let it cook on low-medium heat until it is firm enough to flip without breaking. And flip.

  6. 6

    Let it cook for 1-2 minutes and top with the cheese. Cover.

  7. 7

    Wait for the cheese to melt and serve.

    Enjoy!

    Perfect if it is served over hashbrowns!
