  • 1squash/pumpkin
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 1/2 kgshrimps
  • 1onion
  • 1garlic
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 kgstring beans

Steps

  1. 1

    sauté the onion and garlic then add the squash (cut into cubes)

  2. 2

    add water

  3. 3

    let it stay in medium heat for 10mins

  4. 4

    add the coconut milk and leave it. to 20mins

  5. 5

    and lastly put the beans. make sure it don't get over cooked

  6. 6

    stir gently until the the texture is thick and creamy

  7. 7

    leave. it for a while until u got the desired texture

  8. 8

    then enjoy it with rice!!!

I really love to eat and I cook because I do it for fun. I am more on cooking pasta, vegetarian dishes, finger foods for party, soups and desserts. I also maximize the absorption of nutrients and energy from natural foods by eating them raw or cooking with less heat, steaming and quick soak on hot water.
