  1. 9 ozpkg frozen chopped spinach
  2. 1 tspolive oil
  3. 2 tbspsliced green onion
  4. 1/2 cuplite sour cream
  5. 1/4 cupskim milk
  6. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  7. 2 tspflour
  8. 1/4 tspsalt

    cook spinach as directed

  2. 2

    Heat oil in 10" skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for one minute.

  3. 3

    Whisk sour cream, milk, cheese, flour and salt in bowl.Stir into onions in skillet and cook until bubbly and thick.

  4. 4

    Stir sauce into spinach and serve.
