9 ozpkg frozen chopped spinach
1 tspolive oil
2 tbspsliced green onion
1/2 cuplite sour cream
1/4 cupskim milk
2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
2 tspflour
1/4 tspsalt

cook spinach as directed

Heat oil in 10" skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for one minute.

Whisk sour cream, milk, cheese, flour and salt in bowl.Stir into onions in skillet and cook until bubbly and thick.

Stir sauce into spinach and serve.
