Carrot parota__ grind carrot, jeera in mixer and make a fine paste. Take one bowl, add wheat flour, heated oil, carrot paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and water. knead well. And make chapati or parota.

Mooli parota__ peel and wash the radish then grate. Grind grated fresh coconut and mooli (radish), jeera, black pepper in mixer. Add this to wheat flour, and add heated oil, salt, lemon juice and garam masala and water knead it well and make parotas on hot tava with little oil.

_Methi parota__ (fenugreek leaves) wash and chop methi and coriander leaves too. Grind these two with green chillies & jeera in the mixer. Add this to wheat flour and add heated oil, then salt, lemon juice, garam masala powder & water.make a dough to prepare a parota. Heat tava, and make parotas with little oil. Serve these parotas with potato sabji or with curd, pickle, salad
