In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil,and required water and make tight daugh

Now make ball and role thick roti,put it on Tawa and cook both side on medium to low flame till Brown spot then apply ghee on it

Grease the Brinjals with/4 teaspoon oil and roast it till black in colour then remove the skin and mash the Brinjals

In a pan add ghee add ginger,chilli,garlic paste,chopped onions and cook for 2 min.Then add chopped tomatoes,spring onion and add salt,red chilli powder,cumin coriander powder,kitchen king masala and mix well

Then add blanched spinach pury and roasted Brinjals and cook for2 min.

Then serve with masala butter milk,and papad
