Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat 8x11 baking dish w/ nonstick cooking spray & set aside.

In saucepan, mix sour cream, soup, milk & cilantro. Heat through & set aside - do not let it boil!

Spray skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken, Rotel, onions & green chiles, cook until onions are transparent

Warm tortillas until flexible.

Fill ea. tortilla w/ about 2 tbsp of chicken mixture. Roll the tortilla up & place seam side down in baking dish.

Pour/spread sauce over enchiladas & top w/ cheese.

Bake for 25-30 min until cheese is bubbly.
