Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai and roast makhana in it till it becomes golden brown and crispy

In the same pan again heat oil and add bay leaf asafotida,cumin seed,black pepper in it

Add ginger,garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes now add onion paste mix well and saute for on medium flame

Now add tomato puree mix well

Add turmeric,red chilli and coriander powder mix well add cream and
kasuri methi, green peas and yogart mix well cook for 7-8minute on low flame till peas are soft - 6
Now add makhana mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes now add garam masala mix well

Matar makhana is ready
