Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 packagesCugino's soup mix chicken enchiladas
  2. 1 packageschicken breasts
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes or tomato sauce
  4. 3full chiles

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 2 chicken breasts

  2. 2

    Shred them

  3. 3

    Add the soup mix into 6 cups of water

  4. 4

    Add the can of tomatoes

  5. 5

    Heat on medium and add the shredded chicken

  6. 6

    Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered and stirr occasionally

  7. 7

    Cook for 20 minutes more or until beans are tender

  8. 8

    Garnish and serve
