Ingredients

2 (8 oz)packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cupchedder cheese
3 tbspminced red onion
2 tbspsalsa (chef's choice)
1 tspground cumin
2small jalapenos deseeded
1large bag of Doritos (chef's choice, I recommend Cool Ranch or Spicy Sweet Chili)
1jalepeño stem

Mix cream cheese, chedder cheese, onion, salsa, cumin and jalapeños together (save the stem). Chill for minimum of 2 hours.

Roll the ball in the tortilla chips, gently push the jalapeno stem into the top of the cheeseball so it resembles a pumpkin.
