Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz)packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupchedder cheese
  • 3 tbspminced red onion
  • 2 tbspsalsa (chef's choice)
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 2small jalapenos deseeded
  • 1large bag of Doritos (chef's choice, I recommend Cool Ranch or Spicy Sweet Chili)
  • 1jalepeño stem

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cream cheese, chedder cheese, onion, salsa, cumin and jalapeños together (save the stem). Chill for minimum of 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Roll the ball in the tortilla chips, gently push the jalapeno stem into the top of the cheeseball so it resembles a pumpkin.
