  1. 2 cupLeftover potato, not mashed
  2. 5 cupChicken broth
  3. 1 cupBroccoli
  4. 2 cupCauliflower
  5. 1 tbspGarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tbspSalt
  7. 1/2 tbspPepper
  8. 1 cupOnion, chopped
  9. 1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese

    Place potato and ham in large pot

  2. 2

    Pour broth to cover mixture

  3. 3

    Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add broccoli, cauliflower, and parmesan cheese

  6. 6

    Simmer 5 minutes, serve warm
