The lettuce is bought clean just ready to be served so I open the bag and pour the leaves in a bowl

Rinse pepper and cucumber then chop them on top of the lettuce

Then open the container of the goat cheese take that one round and diced it and sprinkle it to the salad.

Then drain the water from the olive packet then too place them.

My salad is great for serving enjoy.
