Wash and soak urad dal I'm sufficient water atleast for 4 to 5 hours

Discard excess water from dal and grind it in to smooth paste, add grated ginger, chopped green chilli and salt.. mix well

Heat sufficient oil and prepare medu Wada on wet hand, make a hole in centre and drop carefully in hot oil, till golden brown in colour. Carefully keep turning in between.

For sambhar, add all chopped Veggies and dal, allow it to boil

Add imli pulp, salt to taste, sambhar powder and let it cook

Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, heeng and curry leaves and add this tadka to cooking sambhar.. it's ready to serve

In a mixer ginger take chopped coconut, green chilli and salt.. blend it in to smooth paste. Prepare a tadka of oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and add it to Chutni. Coconut Chutni is ready to serve

Delicious medu Wada with Sambhar and coconut chutney are ready to serve.. serve hot and enjoy Yummylicious lunch
