Wash and peel the potatoes

Cut them into 4 quarters

Put the to boil,make sure they cook but not mashed

Pour out the hot water, and run it in tap water

Using the 100gms flour,a pint of egg yellow colour and salt to taste, add water until a thick paste is formed

Put a wok on heat,add oil for deep frying

After the oil is ready

Put the potatoes in the thick batter and deep fry,

Drain excess oil by lining a plate with serviettes.

Serve as desired
