Heat the oil in the pan and put Aloo Gobi, deep fry them

Take another pan put some oil and add garlic

Then tomatoes pury,saute them till oil are separated

Add Suhana veg kolhapuri mix masala 3 tbs

Red chilli powder turmeric powder salt to taste, dhaniya powder

When all masala are mix slow flame for 2 min

Now add Aloo Gobi fry and saute them

Finally garnish with coriander leaves
