collect roasted chicken's dripping & separate its oil layer using spoon

add equal amount of plain flour into the separated oil layer, over stove on a medium high flame

continuous mixing for about 3-4 minutes till cooked & well mixed

add 1 wineglass of red wine or white wine & mix for few minutes
- 5
add 1 liter of combined beef & chicken broth
- 6
mix well until you get the desired gravy texture
