  • 1large carrot
  • 2medium potatoes
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 1 cubebeef stock
  • 3 tbscooking oil
  • pinchblack pepper
  • 1 clovegarlic

30minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion with rajah and sliced garlic

  2. 2

    Add mince fry for 5minutes

  3. 3

    Add diced potatoes and carrot

  4. 4

    Add beef stock and black pepper for seasoning

  5. 5

    When ready serve with your favourite starch enjoy
