Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbeef round chunks
  2. 1white onion (sliced)
  3. 1handful sliced mushrooms
  4. 1 cupred wine
  5. 1 cupBeef broth
  6. 1/3 cupheavy cream

Steps

  1. 1

    In a heavy pan on medium/high heat with olive oil; cook onions, mushrooms and beef cubes

  2. 2

    Turn the beef until it is seared on all sides

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to medium; stir in wine & broth

  4. 4

    Simmer until beef is cooked to 140°

  5. 5

    Turn off heat and stir in heavy cream
