1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
4 tbspOlive oil
1 tspChopped garlic
1 1/2 lbChicken breast tenders

Mix chopped garlic and olive oil in bowl

Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in separate bowl

Dip and coat each chicken tender in oil/garlic mix then dip and coat in breadcrumb/cheese mix
4

Place on nonstick pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350°F (less chicken/less time, more chicken/more time)
