Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspButter
  2. 2 tbspFlour
  3. 400 gramsPenna pasta cook and drain
  4. 1/2 literFresh milk
  5. 2 tbspFresh cream
  6. 1/2 tspPepper
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspThyme

Steps

  1. 1

    To prepare white sauce , put the butter in a suitable pan on the stove , when it heats add the flour

  2. 2

    Stirr till get creamy , then add fresh milk , salt, pepper with quickly continuous stirring

  3. 3

    Add fresh cream and stirr till get creamy , then turn the stove off

  4. 4

    Add the Penna pasta to the previous creamy sauce , mix them well

  5. 5

    Presented it in a suitable plate , decorate with thyme
