Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 C.Flour
  2. 1/2 t.Salt
  3. 2 t.Baking Powder
  4. 1 C.Moscato
  5. 5Egg Whites
  6. 2 t.Vanilla
  7. 1 C.Butter - Softened
  8. 1 1/2 C.Sugar
  9. 3 1/2 C.Powdered Sugar
  10. 1 C.Unsalted Butter - Softened
  11. 1/2 t.Vanilla
  12. 3 T.Strawberry Puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-Heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Combine Wine, Vanilla and Egg Whites in medium bowl

  3. 3

    In separate bowl mix Flour, Salt and Baking Powder

  4. 4

    Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  5. 5

    Add 1/3 of flour mixture followed by 1/3 of wine mixture; alternate until all if well combined

  6. 6

    Fill cupcake liner 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes

  7. 7

    Beat unsalted butter with mixer until light and fluffy

  8. 8

    Slowly add powdered sugar

  9. 9

    Add vanilla and Strawberry Puree to make frosting.

  10. 10

    Let cool, frost, and enjoy
