Pre-Heat oven to 350

Combine Wine, Vanilla and Egg Whites in medium bowl

In separate bowl mix Flour, Salt and Baking Powder

Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Add 1/3 of flour mixture followed by 1/3 of wine mixture; alternate until all if well combined

Fill cupcake liner 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes

Beat unsalted butter with mixer until light and fluffy

Slowly add powdered sugar

Add vanilla and Strawberry Puree to make frosting.

Let cool, frost, and enjoy
