For a big boost of energy, try starting with this smoothie. It’s loaded with healthy fruits like watermelon, which helps dilate blood vessels to promote blood flow. Also, it has coconut water which hydrates and reduces blood pressure. I get two 16oz servings when I fill my blender to top. (You can save leftovers if you make too much at once!)

  3. 1as needed Baby spinach leaves
  4. 1as needed Cubes of watermelon
  5. 1 mediumGreen apple OR a banana

    Combine equal parts of each ingredient starting with coconut water on bottom in a blender or juicer. No ice necessary.
