I have to admit I'm a big Food Network fan. I watched an episode with Bobby Flay and he made this amazing citrus coleslaw for his seafood tacos. Super easy and delicious!

Ingredients

2 cupshredded purple cabbage

Combine all ingredients mix well refrigerate serve when ready. This is a great alternative to traditional coleslaw and is fantastic with shrimp and fish tacos as opposed to lettuce. . enjoy
