Ingredients

  1. 2 cupshredded purple cabbage
  2. 3 cupshredded Napa Cabbage
  3. 1 cupJulienne cut carrots
  4. 1/4 cupCitrus flavored dressing. ( I used Panera Bread's brand "Tangerine Honey"
  5. 1Salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients mix well refrigerate serve when ready. This is a great alternative to traditional coleslaw and is fantastic with shrimp and fish tacos as opposed to lettuce. . enjoy
