Fresh Sea foods are my worst nightmare when cooking. I still can't fathom why I can't bring myself to eating fresh fishes.

Fresh Sea foods are my worst nightmare when cooking. I still can't fathom why I can't bring myself to eating fresh fishes.

Steps

Wash your catfish with warm water or salt to remove the slime.

Parboil the catfish for about 5minutes with seasoning. Drop from heat and place in a sieve.

Wash your vegetables and put them in a sieve to drain water.

Place pot on fire and add two cooking spoon palm oil to heat for about 2minutes.

Add the blended fresh pepper, crayfish, bonga fish, seasoning,locust bean. Allow to steam for some minutes.

Add the parboiled fish and cover to cook for some minutes.

Add the vegetables and don't cover. Let it steam for minutes. Taste for salt..

The soup should be pepperish because of the fresh catfish..

Eat with swallow
