Season the pork with salt and pepper sprinkle with flour and toss to coat.

Cook pork in a hot oil over medium heat until browned

Add onion, garlic, rosemary, carrot, bay leave, beef stock and cook until onion is soft

Add a dash of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes
