Add Besan,suji,salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, turmeric powder and oil in a mixing bowl.

Add enough water and make a smooth batter for dhokla.

Now pour batter in dhokla mold and steam it for 30 minutes.

Now cut into heart shape.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chillies.
