4 cupCoconut - shredded
1 tspAlmond Extract
1/3 cupflour

Use parchment paper on the cookie sheets

Milk all ingredients together - use ice scooper to place rounded mounds (2 tablespoons) onto the parchment paper - bake for about 20 minutes or until the light brown - can dip into chocolate or drizzle chocolate on cooled cookies
