Preheat oven to 350

Brown Ground turkey or beef

Chop onion and sauté in a sauce pan

In another pan cook the Spanish rice and vermicelli as directed

Add the diced tomatoes and chilies to the meat when browned. if using beef drain before adding. Now add the sloppy joe. Stir.

Keep meat mixture simmering.

When rice is soft and dine add it slowly to the meat. Mix it well through the meat.

Open biscuit and add on top of meat mixture that has been patted down and smooth out. Add the biscuits in a circle ariund the pan going into the middle.Bake for 14 mins
