  1. 1 cupItalian bread crumbs
  2. 1 cupcrushed Ritz crackers
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 packagesThin cut pork chops
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Combine crackers and bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.

  2. 2

    Whisk milk and egg on a shallow bowl.

  3. 3

    Begin heating a little bit of oil or butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  4. 4

    Coat each porkchop with the egg mixture followed by the cracker mixture to coat the chops.

  5. 5

    Pan-fry porkchops until done. Serve
