  1. 2 cupChicken Broth
  2. 1Deer Loin
  3. 3 tbspJalapeno Jelly
  4. 1Salt and Pepper
  5. 2 tbspButter
  6. 2 tbspOil
  7. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  8. 1 tspOnion Powder
  9. 2 cupRed Wine
  10. 3 tbspDijon Mustard

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Marinade loin in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and wine for 5 to 6 hours

  2. 2

    Remove from mixture, saute in butter and oil until done, remove from pan

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth to pan and reduce by half

  4. 4

    Add jelly and reduce to sauce texture

  5. 5

    Pour sauce over meat and serve
