#Millets Bajra ki khichadi is full of Nutrition in winter.It is very healthy for little babies, pregnant women and senior citizens.
Steps

First take the three ingredients Bajra ki raal,moong dal and rice

Now grind the Bajra in mixer grinder for only once. It should be in dardara form

Now wash dal and rice. Take pressure cooker and put all the three ingredients in it.

Mix well for 10 to 15 minutes. There should not be lumps in it.Stir it continuously.

Add vegetables of your choice if you want to add. I have made without vegetables. It is optional.

Add salt according to taste

Now close the lid of the cooker and give 1-2 whistle.

Sim the gas for 15 more minutes to cook all the ingredients properly.

Heat ghee and add 1/2 tsp zeera and put it in the ready khichadi.

Add black pepper powder according to taste

Serve and Enjoy this yummy and healthy khichadi
