Ingredients

  • 1 cuprolled oats
  • 1 cupskim milk
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupSplenda brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened applesauce
  • 2egg whites
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cupraisins
  • 1sugar in the raw

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Soak oats in milk for I hour. Mix all dry ingredients. Combine all ingredients and spoon into lined muffin tins. Sprinkle with sugar in the raw. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
