1 katori flour
1/2 katori besan
As needed Oil
as neededWheat til
To tasteHaldi powder (as per ur need)

as per tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspGinger, garlic and green chillies paste
as neededGaram pani
as neededOil

Mix all dry ingredients.

Oil utna dale jisse material ke muthe ban jaye

And thoda thoda pani mix karke dough ready karna hai

Then put this dough in chakli sancha. Make chaklies on paper

Now ur chakli was ready to deep fry

Serve hot with Tea or coffee
