Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.

Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice cereal; mix well.

Lightly spray 14x10x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer cereal mixture to the baking pan.

To prevent messy fingers, place a sheet of Reynolds Plastic Wrap over cereal mixture and press firmly and evenly into the pan. Chill briefly.

Cut out stars with large cookie cutter. Cut it a dozen or small stars (about 2 inches at the widest part) from construction paper. Inscribe each with a special message.

Wrap a star crispy cut-out in Reynolds Crystal Color Plastic Wrap, pinching the extra wrap together at the top.

Place one construction paper message on the crispy cut-out and wrap a second time. Tie plastic wrap at the top with ribbon. Repeat with the remaining crispy cut-outs and messages.
