  • 2 stickbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbspOrange zest

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cream butter with sugar

  2. 2

    Add egg and mix

  3. 3

    Mix in flour

  4. 4

    Combine baking soda with buttermilk then add them to mixture

  5. 5

    Carefully Incorporate orange zest

  6. 6

    Generously grease muffin pan and fill halfway with mixture

  7. 7

    Bake for 25 minutes in a 350°F oven then let cool and serve
