200 gramscorn flakes
2 mediumchicken breasts
1 largeegg (beaten)
3 dashflour
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchpepper

pre heat oven to 180°F

blend the corn flakes together into crumbs

dip the chicken breasts in the flour
4

then dip into the beaten egg
5

then dip in the corn flake crumbs
6

sprinkle the salt and pepper on top and place in the oven for around 20 mins or till cooked through
