Ingredients

1 can425g can betroot
1 clovecrushed garlic
2 tspground cumin
2 tbsplemon juice
125 gramslight cream cheese
1 pinchmint

Place well drained beetroot in a food processer
2

Add garlic, cumin, lemon juice and cream cheese and blend until smooth.
3

Serve with a sprinkle of mint as a dip or as a sandwich filling
