Ingredients

1 1/3 cupflour
1/4 tspsalt
3 tbspsugar
3/4 tbspbaking powder
1egg
2/3 cupmilk
1cooking oil
1 cupfresh mixed berries

Steps

Combine flour, salt, 2 tbsp sugar and powder.

beat the egg and mix in milk.

add to dry mixture, and beat until smooth

pour batter through funnel in a spiral motion into deep pan filled with 1 inch hot oil

fry until golden brown, turning once

drain on paper towel

mix berries with 1 tbsp sugar, and drizzle over cake
