  • 1 1/2 cupbisquick
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter (or use part coconut oil) cooled
  • 2 cupmilk (almond milk works great too)
  • 3eggs

    make sure butter is not too hot. Place all ingredients into blender, (half of milk 1st helps). Blend, if you like thicker, add a bit more bisquick. Heat up your skillet, fry 1-2 min on each side.(watch carefully) Enjoy with syrup! Can also be used as crepe batter:-)
