Ingredients

  1. 6chicken drumsticks
  2. 1/2 cupsun dried tomato vinegarette
  3. 1 tbspGrill Mates Montreal Chicken seasoning
  4. 1 tbspground cumin
  5. 1 candiced tomatoes with green chilies (medium)
  6. 1 tspolive oil, extra virgin
  7. salt
  8. 1water
  9. 1/2 tspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 400°F.

  2. 2

    Clean chicken. Add an inch of water in a 13x9 glass dish.

  3. 3

    Add vinegarette, half a can of tomatoes and chilies, half a tablespoon of cumin, three pinches of salt, half a tablespoon of grill mates montreal chicken seasoning, and olive oil to water.

  4. 4

    Add chicken to water. Add remaining amount of ingredients on top of chicken.

  5. 5

    Place in oven and bake for 55 mins.

  6. 6

    Remove, let cool for 5 mins minimum. You're done!
