Ingredients

  1. 1 lbkale(frozen or fresh)
  2. 1chopped garlic add as much as u want.
  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  5. 1salt and pepper for taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    if fresh kale chop and cook. once done strain kale till all water is gone.

  2. 2

    add chopped garlic and bread crumbs and mix well

  3. 3

    if not that thick add a little more bread crumbs. the top with salt and pepper
