Ingredients

  • 6white or yellow potatoes chopped in about 1 inch square
  • 1 smallonion chopped
  • 1celery chopped
  • 1garlic powder or fresh
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1heavy whipping cream
  • 2dabs of butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes celery onions and garlic together with salt until almost tender an out 7 mins

  2. 2

    Turn heat down to simmer add whipping cream and butter salt if needed.

  3. 3

    Simmer until potatoes are done to you liking.. enjoy.
