Ingredients

  • 8Sausages, can be skinless
  • 1Chopped Onion
  • 1Tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 6 sliceBacon
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper
  • 4Basmati rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly fry or grill the sausages.

  2. 2

    Chop the bacon and onion.

  3. 3

    Chop sausages

  4. 4

    Place chopped sausages, bacon, onion, oregano. tin tomatoes, salt and pepper in a large frying pan and simmer for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. If the sauce thickens a little too much simply add a little water.
