Ingredients

  1. 4dried apricot
  2. 1 cupalmond
  3. 1/2 cupdessicated coconut
  4. 1/2 cupcraisins
  5. 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  6. 1/2 cupgoji seeds
  7. 1 cupstrawberry whey protein powder
  8. 1Dessicated coconut for rolling
  9. 1water

  1. 1

    Put all the dried ingredients in your food processor until finely grounded into a paste.

  2. 2

    Add the paste and protein powder in a bowl and start mixing.

  3. 3

    Gradually add 1 to 2 tablespoon of water to the mixture. O

  4. 4

    Make small balls with the mixture and roll them in the dessicated coconut. The number will depend on the size of the balls but I got about 15.
