  3. 1 packagessugar-free chocolate pudding
  4. 12 eachCaramel rice cakes, mini

    In medium bowl, stir peanuts into cool whip.

    Gently swirl in pudding.

    Evenly distribute mix on the rice cakes.

    Lightly top with another rice cake.

  5. 5

    Put in freeze until filling is firm.
