Rava potato Namkeen cake

1. Light roast rava on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

2. Put water in the rava, keep mixing. Put the lid on the pan and let the rava cook for 8-9 minutes.

3. Till the rava is cooking, take another bowl. Smash the potatoes in it.

4. Check if the rava is cooked, and keep it aside for sometime.

5. Put chilli flakes, Oregano, green chilies, red chilli powder, Coriander and salt in the smashed potatoes.

6. Apply oil on your had and mix the mixture. Now add the cooked rava to the potato mixture andmix everything together.

7. Take a tray and spread the mixture in it.

8. Keep the mixture in fridge for 30 minutes.

9. Once ready, cut the spreaded mixture in the shape you want.

10. Shallow fry the cake in the pan.

11. You can eat this cake with tomato sauce and red chilli sauce.
