At first fry the fish adding salt and turmeric powder

Now mashe the fish taking out the bones

Mix gram flour,all the dry masalas

Heat a pan with oil and saute the mixture for a while

Grease a plate with little oil and spread the mixture over it

Now cut it into diamond shape

Deep fry the dhokas

Finally garnish it with tomato, onion and capsicum slices

Serve it hot with tomato sauce and enjoy
