Ingredients

35 -40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2rui fish
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1 tea spooncumin powder
  4. 1 tea spooncoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. As neededoil for frying
  9. 3 slicestomato,capsicum and onion for garnishing
  10. 1/2 cuptomato sauce

Steps

35 -40 minutes
  1. 1

    At first fry the fish adding salt and turmeric powder

    Now mashe the fish taking out the bones

  3. 3

    Mix gram flour,all the dry masalas

    Heat a pan with oil and saute the mixture for a while

    Grease a plate with little oil and spread the mixture over it

  6. 6

    Now cut it into diamond shape

    Deep fry the dhokas

    Finally garnish it with tomato, onion and capsicum slices

    Serve it hot with tomato sauce and enjoy
